Lead community support services with Community Living Essex County as a Manager for a one-year contract. Focus on person-centered care, compliance, and team leadership.
In this managerial role, you will guide the delivery of high-quality support services while ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices. Your expertise will help foster an inclusive, safe environment for both employees and the individuals supported. You will also oversee operational budgets and collaborate with community partners to achieve beneficial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement person-centered support plans
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and policies
• Provide leadership and coaching to support staff
• Oversee daily operations of support services
• Build positive relationships with individuals and families
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Human Services or related field
• Five years’ experience in support services, one year in leadership
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification required
• Experience with budget management and operational oversight
