In this strategic role, you will support various bakeries in the U.S. and Canada. Leading regulatory compliance efforts, you'll coach site EHS teams while promoting risk reduction and developing environmental programs. Your contribution will enhance Aspire’s commitment to safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cultural change for a zero-accident safety mindset
• Develop and integrate EHSS programs meeting corporate standards
• Partner with bakery leadership to ensure strict compliance
• Conduct environmental and safety audits to mitigate risks
• Analyze EHSS performance trends and manage investigations
Requirements:
• 7+ years EHSS experience in manufacturing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or Environmental Science
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian EHSS regulations
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel approximately 25%
