A biotechnology firm in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Manufacturing Project Lead to oversee cell and gene therapy production projects in a cleanroom environment. This role involves leading manufacturing associates, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and collaborating closely with MSAT for tech transfer operations. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in GMP manufacturing and upstream processes. This position requires a two-year college diploma and strong leadership and communication skills.
