Job Description

About the role Join our hardworking Assembly team at Temperzone’s Hamilton site, where you’ll play a hands‑on role in building high‑quality Air Handling Units used in heating and cooling systems across New Zealand. This is a full‑time, permanent position with Monday to Friday hours (7:30am – 4:00pm)—giving you reliable work and a great work/life balance.

In this practical role, you’ll be involved in:

  • Operating tools and machinery safely
  • Assembling HVAC parts with care and accuracy
  • Following clear instructions and production schedules
  • Checking product quality and reporting any issues
  • Keeping your workspace tidy and organised
  • Working as part of a supportive team
  • Lifting and handling materials as needed
  • Following health and safety rules
  • Helping improve how we work
  • Completing basic paperwork when required
