• 1–2 years experience in labour-intensive or manufacturing roles
• High school diploma and clean background check
• Stand-up forklift operation (1–2 years)
• Experience with industrial tools and hand/power tools
• Metatarsal steel-toed boots, hard hat with chin strap
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Willingness to work rotating continental shifts

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
