Hourly pay for this position is to start at CAD

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor on the afternoon shift from 2:30pm-11:00pm. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of industrial equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
What you're responsible for:
Leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and supportCoordinating with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtime periodsDiagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problemsConducting regular inspections to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential failuresInitiating and executing maintenance projects to address equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements as necessaryMaintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment performance metricsQualifications
