Distribution Associate II - 2nd Shift

Onsite Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (flexible)

As a Distribution Associate II, you will be a team‑oriented member capable of working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Core responsibilities include:

• Receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and auditing products
• Performing housekeeping duties to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Inspecting, sorting, verifying, and receiving incoming goods against packing slips and invoices in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies
• Picking, packing, and accurately confirming goods prior to shipment
• Conducting cycle counts of inventory
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records of items received, transferred, and shipped
• Reporting discrepancies for drugs and natural health products to Quality Assurance
• Planning and prioritizing work to ensure daily activities are completed on time
• Maintaining up‑to‑date training on departmental and company SOPs
• Identifying and communicating required procedural updates based on day‑to‑day operations

Required:

• Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in a Distribution Center, manufacturing, or similar environment
• 2 years’ experience operating material handling equipment

Preferred:

• Post‑Secondary education in Distribution, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Previous completion of counterbalance and/or reach forklift licensing
• Prior experience using RFID scanner

• Ability to lift and move medium and heavier weight items up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time, including standing

Annual salary range: $51,500 - $68,650 CAD (plus bonus eligible and benefits). Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel percentage: 0%.

• Remote – majority of time from an alternate workplace.
• Field‑based – majority of time at customer facilities with a defined travel boundary.
• Onsite – 100% located at a Stryker facility.
• Hybrid – alternating between an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility.
