As a member of the Baking Technology and Commercialization team, you will work closely with bakery management to lead product launches and address technical challenges.
Your role will involve overseeing the commercialization process and ensuring the successful delivery of every product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to resolve product and process challenges
• Oversee commercialization for new bakery items
• Provide clarity with detailed specification documents
• Ensure that project deliverables are achieved by all teams
• Implement cost reduction and operational improvement strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a bakery setting
• Competency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
