Dear Grain Baking in Hamilton is looking for a talented Early Morning Bread Mixer to support its baking operations. You'll focus on scaling ingredients and mixing doughs for daily production while cultivating an awareness of dough behavior and adjustments. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment and appreciates detail-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix large batches of dough, from 55-300kg

• Transfer dough efficiently from mixer to bins

• Scale and prepare ingredients for upcoming production

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Manage ingredient restocking and inventory checks

Requirements:

• Requires reliable transport for early shifts starting at 3:30am

• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen

• Preferably has culinary or baking education

• Experience in bread or pizza production is a plus

• Comfortable with early hours and working independently
