Senior Power Transformer Testing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preliminary transformer inspections

• Set up and execute essential electrical tests

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical issues

• Aid in detanking as required

• Conduct in-progress testing during transformer assembly
Requirements:

• High school diploma (Grade 12)

• Five years of experience in transformer testing

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical theory

• Familiarity with various transformer test equipment

• Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
