Steel Parts Processor

Leeco Steel is seeking a Steel Parts Processor for its Hamilton, Ontario location. This full-time role focuses on the processing and cleaning of steel parts to support production.

As a Steel Parts Processor, you will clean, inspect, and prepare steel materials for shipment. Your responsibilities will include safe operation of forklifts and cranes while ensuring compliance with part specifications. You will work collaboratively with supervisors to meet production schedules and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, clean, and stage steel parts efficiently

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling

• Inspect parts for specifications and surface conditions

• Verify documentation for processing and shipment

• Assist in maintaining safety and organization in the workplace

Requirements:

• Proven ability to handle lifts and operate forklifts safely

• Attention to detail and strong processing skills

• Ability to follow safety and quality regulations

• Proficient in reading work orders and specifications

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy materials
