Position: Toolroom Machinist with TIG Welding Skills

In this position, you will interpret engineering drawings, set up and operate machine tools, and verify the accuracy of products. Your expertise in high-pressure aluminum die-casting and precision machining will be central to our operations, making a difference in the automotive supply industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute machining operations from engineering drawings

• Set up CNC and other machining tools effectively

• Measure and verify the accuracy of manufactured parts

• Perform TIG welding and in-machine repairs as needed

• Lead large tool assemblies and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:

• Proven experience in TIG Welding of tool steel

• Licensed in a metal cutting trade:
Machinist preferred

• Proficient in blueprints and precision measuring techniques

• Strong attention to detail and job planning skills

• Regular travel to customer facilities required
