As a vital part of our team, you will oversee production quality and process improvements across several bakeries. Working alongside the Research & Development team and other departments, your leadership and baking expertise will help realize the company’s commitment to excellence. You are expected to travel and maintain flexibility to meet operational demands while guiding plant teams on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tackle product and process issues proactively
• Spearhead new product commercialization efforts
• Draft detailed product specifications for clarity
• Coach bakery staff on best practices and techniques
• Implement cost-reduction strategies for efficiency
Requirements:
• University degree in Food Science or related field
• 5+ years experience within bakery operations
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Strong communication skills for project leadership
• Detail-oriented with urgent, professional response
