Reporting to the Manager of Baking Technology and Commercialization, this role requires collaboration with multiple departments to launch and improve bakery products. You will take the lead in guiding process implementations and supporting quality assurance efforts, fostering a culture of teamwork and results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product commercialization and reformulation strategies
• Develop comprehensive product and process documents
• Ensure clear project deliverables for team members
• Implement cost reduction strategies in production
• Assist QA with quality-related challenges and feedback
Requirements:
• University degree in Food Science or relevant training
• 5+ years in bakery operations preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong leadership with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capacity
