Reporting to the Production Manager, this full-time role demands 7+ years of industry experience and strong hands-on leadership abilities. You will drive daily production goals while managing compliance with maritime standards, making a significant impact on our operations in Hamilton and St.

Catharines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict safety compliance on all operations

• Supervise and guide welding and metal operations

• Operate cutting and shaping machinery effectively

• Organize daily safety meetings and hazard inspections

• Collaborate with supervisory teams on project updates

Requirements:

• Valid CWB Certification is required

• 7+ years of steel fabrication experience

• 3+ years in a supervisory role

• Red Seal Trade Certification is advantageous

• Physically fit to work in rugged environments
