Take on the essential role of a Bread Mixer with our production team starting at 3:30 am. This position focuses on mixing a variety of doughs and preparing for future production.

We are searching for an industrious individual to fill the Early Morning Bread Mixer role. Engage in mixing diverse dough types while ensuring each batch is consistent and high in quality. You will also prepare ingredients for the next day’s production, maintaining a clean work environment and supporting our team’s overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix dough batches of 55–300 kg

• Handle dough transitions from mixers to bins

• Scale daily production ingredients accurately

• Keep the workspace clean and organized

• Restock necessary ingredients and manage supplies

Requirements:

• Reliable transport for 3:30 am start hours

• A minimum of 1 year in a commercial kitchen needed

• Preferred education in baking or culinary arts

• Relevant experience with bread or pizza mixing is valuable

• Ability to work effectively independently and with a team
