In this Senior Associate position, you will support the service team by resolving system level manufacturing issues and optimizing processes for WESCAM products. Your expertise will contribute to daily cell operations, project meetings, and effective root-cause analysis, ensuring reliability and efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electro-mechanical manufacturing issues

• Document and review service processes and change requests

• Attend and contribute to daily standup and MRB meetings

• Develop and implement process enhancements

• Support waste reduction initiatives using lean tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience

• Solid understanding of systems and process engineering

• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Willingness to engage in continuous improvement
