As a Die Casting Supervisor, you will manage a team within a noisy, dusty, and hot aluminum foundry. The role requires supervising schedules, preparing reports, and ensuring safety in operations. With a focus on productivity and quality, you'll also provide staff training in job duties and safety protocols while handling hydraulic machines and robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of 16-20 foundry workers

• Recommend measures for improving productivity and product quality

• Establish work schedules and prepare production reports

• Train staff on safety procedures and company policies

• Oversee machine setup, adjustment, and operation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2-3 years of on-site supervisory experience

• Proficient in welding techniques and industrial robotics

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
