Harris in Waterdown, Ontario as a Senior Associate focused on Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Systems. Ensure equipment reliability and product delivery with your expertise.
In this role, you will be the primary quality systems liaison for Operations, dedicated to equipment maintenance and reliability. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting, documenting calibration, and leading continuous improvement projects. Leverage your electro-mechanical background to enhance manufacturing processes in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct calibration on manufacturing assets
• Oversee quality and reliability initiatives
• Enter and manage maintenance documentation
• Identify and solve systemic issues
• Present maintenance strategies at meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing engineering
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards
• Lean Green Belt Certification preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
