In the RAIN Technology Innovation Center, you will be tasked with monitoring and optimizing production equipment for high-quality battery materials.
Your role is critical in ensuring compliance with safety standards and enhancing process efficiency. Experience in troubleshooting and strong attention to detail will aid your success in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and operate production machinery for anode materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Maintain a safe and clean production area
• Analyze and document production performance data
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Associate's degree or relevant technical certification preferred
• Two years minimum experience in production environments
• Knowledge of machinery, processes, and safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work on a rotating shift schedule
