You will work closely with the Production Facility Assistant Plant Manager, ensuring efficient operations within a high-volume production environment. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, possess excellent organizational skills, and are adept at problem-solving.
Your role will involve overseeing product quality, equipment maintenance, and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing bakery production processes
• Delegate tasks to production staff effectively
• Ensure adherence to standardized recipes
• Maintain equipment and organize production areas
• Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance in the bakery
Requirements:
• Culinary arts degree or Red Seal Certification preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in baking or food prep
• Must acquire Ontario Food Handler certificate
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Flexible schedule for varied shifts, including weekends
