Lead Production Superintendent Position

Direct plant operations as a Production Superintendent with Atlantic Packaging in Hannon. Focus on team leadership, productivity, and quality assurance in a thriving manufacturing environment.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading supervisors and unionized workers to enhance efficiency and safety. With your background in operations leadership, you will guide the implementation of procedures, meet safety standards, and drive continuous improvement efforts in production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production team to enhance performance

• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field desired

• 5+ years experience in high volume manufacturing
