IKO Industries Ltd. is looking to fill a full-time Production Operator position at our Hamilton – Victoria location. The Production Operator will report to the Operations Manager.

Starting rate: $29.58 an hour

• Monitor loading and off-loading activities of trucks and barges.
• Maintain and inspect equipment.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly safety inspections.
• Open and close valves to facilitate loading and off-loading activities.
• Use computer system for scaling in trucks.
• General housekeeping and upkeep of site.
• Adhere to all work processes and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school graduate.
• Able to work rotational shifts (weekdays and weekends) and on-call rotation.
• Experience working in industrial setting, construction, or similar industry preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
