Reliability Manager at Bunge

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive reliability strategy and continuous improvement across 4–5 sites

• Identify gaps and execute tactical improvement plans effectively

• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using analytics

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts

• Support capital planning and reliability project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years leading maintenance and reliability teams

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline

• Strong predictive maintenance technologies experience

• Advanced knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance processes

• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
