Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Proven experience in aerospace/defense sectors

• Strong leadership and change management skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and ERP

• Expertise in AS9100 standards desirable
