Step into a supervisory role at an aluminum plant as a Die Casting Supervisor. This position involves addressing production challenges in a fast-paced foundry setting.

In the role of Die Casting Supervisor, you'll supervise a team of 16-20 workers while focusing on improving productivity and product quality. Daily tasks include organizing work schedules, managing operational safety, and preparing production reports. You will also train staff in safety procedures and essential job duties while utilizing hydraulic systems and robotic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities of foundry employees

• Implement improvements to enhance productivity and product quality

• Prepare and review production reports regularly

• Set up and operate various casting machines

• Conduct safety training and ensure safe operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree essential

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required

• Experience with welding and industrial robotics

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
