As a Utility Operator in the Milling Division, you will support daily and weekly sanitation tasks while assisting with critical mill operations. Key activities include wheat receiving, testing, and maintaining cleanliness of the mill. Your contributions will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, making your role vital to production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cleaning tasks per Master Cleaning Schedule

• Inspect and test wheat to meet intake specifications

• Record data into ERP system for wheat receiving

• Maintain cleanliness in the mill and loading area

• Report quality and safety incidents to QA Department

Requirements:

• Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Mechanical aptitude required

• Prior shipping/receiving experience is an asset
