Warehouse Steel Parts Processor

Leeco Steel seeks a Warehouse Steel Parts Processor in Hamilton, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on processing, cleaning, and preparing steel parts for production or shipment.

This position involves key responsibilities such as receiving, identifying, staging, and cleaning steel parts to ensure they meet specifications. You'll operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely while maintaining accurate documentation for processing and shipping. Team collaboration is essential for prioritizing parts and completing customer orders on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process steel parts through receiving, sorting, and staging

• Clean parts to remove contaminants before inspection

• Inspect dimensions and surface conditions for quality

• Safely operate forklifts and cranes for handling parts

• Maintain accurate shipping and processing documentation

Requirements:

• Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely

• Read work orders and use measuring tools accurately

• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Adhere to safety and quality standards

• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 pounds
