Electrical Assembler Position

Join Lincoln Electric as an Electrical Assembler in Hamilton. This role involves assembling and wiring electrical panels while adhering to safety regulations in a collaborative environment.

In this position, you will report directly to the Production Supervisor and handle electrical and mechanical assembly tasks. Your responsibilities will include wiring harnesses, constructing conveyor systems, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. You will engage both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals while following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report on all electrical/mechanical assembly work

• Assemble and wire various sizes of electrical panels

• Route wiring harnesses in sub-assemblies

• Wire transfer and conveyor systems efficiently

• Assemble large and small mechanical components

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent is required

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs regularly

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with power hand tools and tape measures

• Welding, forklift, and crane experience are assets
