As a Utility Operator, you will execute daily and weekly sanitation tasks, receive and test wheat, and assist with daily mill operations.

• Perform daily cleaning per Master Cleaning Schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of mill exterior and short loading area
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Assist with Integrated Pest Management management and monitoring
• Inspect and test all wheat to meet specifications
• Complete wheat receiving reports, weigh scale tickets, and inspection sheets
• Record daily wheat receiving information into ERP system
• Report food safety, product quality and/or food security incidents to QA Department
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and company policies and procedures
• Report injuries, hazards, and near misses

Rotating shift schedule—12‑hour continental shifts:

• Days: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred)
• Shipping/receiving experience (preferred)
• Ability to work 12‑hour continental shifts
• Competent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Mechanical aptitude
