Position: Process Engineer for Mondelēz International

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets

• Coach line leaders on continuous improvement practices

• Troubleshoot equipment issues for effective solutions

• Participate in loss analysis using PDCA methods

• Lead Kaizen and visual control projects to minimize waste

Requirements:

• Strong background in Lean Six Sigma principles

• Experience coaching in a unionized environment

• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written

• Skilled in SAP, Windows, and Excel applications

• Relevant technical degree with Green Belt certification
