Liburdi is seeking a meticulous Vacuum Heat Treat Operator for a full time role, typically working Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include calibrating furnaces, inspecting materials, and performing equipment maintenance. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are paramount for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate furnaces for precise temperature and pressure settings
• Review specifications for materials and properties
• Inspect materials before and after heat treatment
• Perform routine maintenance on heat treatment equipment
• Comply with safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements:
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Solid visual acuity and keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills are essential
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Familiarity with furnace programming is advantageous
