Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in manufacturing processes, and excellent hands‑on skills. The Production Manager will play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, managing supply chain coordination, and fostering the company culture.

Duties
  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the production process to meet operational goals.
  • Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Identify and report mechanical failures and deviations from product quality standards.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely procurement of materials and delivery of finished products.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulations across all manufacturing operations.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize equipment performance.
  • Assign tasks and oversee assembly operations to meet production deadlines.
  • Foster a team environment that promotes professional development, accountability, and high performance.
Experience
  • Proven experience in manufacturing management or production supervision within a complex industrial environment.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand machinery operation and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing supply chain logistics and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards in a manufacturing setting.
  • Prior involvement in assembly processes and implementing continuous improvement strategies is highly desirable.

Pay: $54,735.47-$ per year
