Harris is seeking a Senior Associate in Manufacturing Engineering for the Waterdown, Ontario site. Focus on troubleshooting and improving production processes in a collaborative environment.

As a key player in the Operations Engineering - Mechanical Frontline team, this role demands strong technical skills and a commitment to quality assurance. You will act as the main contact for a production cell, tackling mechanical and electro-mechanical issues as they arise. Your contributions will ensure optimal operational performance and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot real-time manufacturing issues in production cells

• Conduct structured root cause analyses to implement corrective actions

• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and documentation

• Support change management through effective communication

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience

• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• BS degree or 6 years of related experience
