Manufacturing Supervisor

Position: Manufacturing Supervisor ON
Lead production teams at a plastic products manufacturing facility in Hamilton, Ontario. This full-time supervisor role focuses on overseeing personnel and enhancing production quality.

This permanent position requires experience in supervising production workers and the ability to coordinate activities among multiple units. You will be responsible for setting work schedules, preparing reports, and recommending improvements in productivity. This physically demanding job requires hands-on involvement with production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production workers operating processing machines

• Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules

• Prepare detailed production and quality reports

• Recommend productivity measures and quality improvements

• Train staff on job duties and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Ability to manage and motivate over 20 employees

• Organized and reliable work ethic

• Physical capability for demanding tasks

Dynamically oversee plastic product manufacturing while ensuring staff training and safety procedures are effectively implemented.
