• Lead nightly operations for production and packaging

• Complete and manage all shift paperwork accurately

• Motivate and train staff for optimal performance

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SAP

• Knowledge of food safety standards like HACCP

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts
