As a Harvest Associate, you will work closely with both the Processing and Cultivation teams. Key duties revolve around the safe handling of plants, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining the cleanliness of the greenhouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines to ensure workplace well-being

• Manage cutting and staging of plants for harvest

• Clean up and collect waste after harvest completion

• Assist with plant maintenance and preventative measures

• Ensure equipment cleanliness and sanitation

Requirements:

• Familiar with GPP and GMP preferred

• Previous greenhouse experience is advantageous

• Required physical fitness for lifting and manual tasks

• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities

• Must be 19 years of age or older
