Key Responsibilities:
• Support essential tasks for workflow efficiency
• Learn and rotate through bakery production positions
• Conduct visual quality inspections on products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
• Work collaboratively with team members on production
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Effective communication in English
• Capability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs
• Punctual and reliable in a fast-paced environment
• Pass a criminal background check for employment
