We are currently hiring Light General Labourers for a food production facility located in Hamilton, ON. This role involves packaging and preparing meat products for shipment in a refrigerated production environment. • Package and wrap meat products according to company standards
• Label and prepare products for shipping and distribution
• Remove filled containers from conveyor lines and place into boxes or cartons
• Feed packaging materials into machines when required
• Ensure packaging quality and product accuracy
• Inspect products for quality or packaging defects
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and production areas
• Assist machine operators and production staff as needed
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Perform general labour duties as assigned

• Comfortable working with chicken, beef, and pork products
• Ability to work in a cold/refrigerated environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Food production, packaging, or manufacturing experience is an asset
