Organic Greenhouse Production Supervisor

As a Greenhouse Supervisor, you will coordinate all aspects of salad mix and edible flower production.

Your role involves managing staff, ensuring crop quality, and maintaining high food safety standards. You will play a critical role in achieving production goals while overseeing daily greenhouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily greenhouse employee operations

• Organize and implement irrigation and fertilization plans

• Assess crop health and address pest and nutrient issues

• Support and train greenhouse team members

• Keep accurate production and inventory records

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in greenhouse settings

• Familiarity with horticulture and production systems

• Solid organizational and leadership abilities
