Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn while maintaining cleanliness and following safety regulations. Daily activities include meat preparation, assisting with product production, and ensuring the area remains compliant with health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut and trim standard cuts of meat

• Assist in the preparation and production of sausage products

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

• Support other departments when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

• Previous meat processing experience is preferred

• Comfortable handling raw meat products

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks

• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
