Industrial Meat Cutter – Venetian Meats and Salami Co Ltd – Stoney Creek, ON, L8E 5H1 – On Site – $22.50 per hour, 30 hours per week – Permanent, Full Time – Day, Early Morning, Morning, Weekend – Starts as soon as possible.
Language- English
- No Degree, Certificate or Diploma
- Experience is an asset
- Work must be completed at the physical location. Remote work is not available.
- Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging.
- Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging.
- Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use.
- Remove bones from meat.
