Plastic Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead production at a plastic manufacturing facility in Hamilton, ON. This full-time supervisor position requires strong leadership in a noisy and hot environment with multiple shift options.

We are seeking a dedicated Plastic Products Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production workers at our Hamilton site. With responsibilities that include scheduling activities, preparing reports, and improving productivity, this role is essential in ensuring quality output. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding job and have at least one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise plastic production workers and machine operators

• Establish work methods to meet production schedules

• Prepare detailed production and performance reports

• Recommend productivity and quality improvement measures

• Train staff on job roles, safety, and company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent

• Forklift Operator Certification required

• Ability to handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
