In this pivotal Manufacturing Engineer role, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to high-mix electronics manufacturing. Your experience with SMT, through-hole, and other assembly processes will directly impact product quality and delivery. Collaborate closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure all assemblies meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily PCBA manufacturing operations to meet quality and schedule
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and documentation
• Provide technical support to production and quality teams
• Review customer drawings and manufacturing requirements
• Identify and resolve production issues across various processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or production engineering
• Proficient in SMT and through-hole processes
• Knowledge of IPC standards and manufacturing quality practices
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communicator across cross-functional teams
