Lead Hand in Food Packaging Operations

Elevate food safety standards as a Lead Hand in Packaging. Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure successful workflow and quality measures at all stages.

This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to support the daily production plan. The Lead Hand will oversee start-up processes, monitor production quality, and be vital in housekeeping and equipment cleaning efforts. Working closely with both operations and shipping teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining inventory organization and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily production plans with the Operations Supervisor

• Monitor and adjust production start-up processes

• Ensure quality monitoring and report findings

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety practices

• Collaborate with shipping to manage inventory efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in food production, preferably refrigerated

• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written

• Experience in HACCP and health & safety leadership

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams

• Familiarity with quality assurance and good manufacturing practices
