Product Developer - Food Innovation

As a key member of our Innovation & Marketing team, you will create new products and enhance existing offerings to meet customer needs effectively. Your background in food science and experience in manufacturing will allow you to lead critical projects and ensure high-quality standards. Collaboration will be essential to your role as you direct production trials and maintain detailed records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from formulation to commercialization

• Oversee shelf-life testing and process documentation

• Schedule and conduct trials in production facilities

• Maintain accurate recipes and methodology records

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech Services and other teams

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science or equivalent experience

• Minimum 4 years in a similar role

• Knowledge of bakery processes and equipment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with regulatory food safety practices
