Dear Grain Bakery Hamilton is seeking an Early Morning Bread Mixer to join our production team. This role starts at 3:30am and focuses on mixing doughs and scaling ingredients for the following day, working with a range of doughs from country loaves to high-hydration mixes.
You’ll monitor dough behavior, adjust for strength and fermentation to maintain consistency, and contribute to the foundation of the entire production cycle while ensuring accuracy and steady pace.
