Big League Food Company is seeking an Early Morning Bread Mixer for our Dear Grain Hamilton Commissary. This role starts at 3:30am and sits at the heart of our production, mixing doughs and scaling ingredients with consistency and care.
You’ll work with a range of doughs from country loaves to high-hydration mixes, monitor dough strength and fermentation, and adjust as needed. Part-time or full-time shifts include 3:30am start and weekend availability; reliable transport required.
