Experienced Plant Manager for Chemical Operations

We are seeking a dynamic Plant Manager with a strong background in chemical manufacturing and a valid 2nd Class Operating Engineer Certificate. You will lead plant operations, ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA), TSSA regulations, and other industry standards. Oversee daily performance, driving improvements and maintaining a culture of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for daily plant operations

• Monitor performance and implement process improvements

• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance

• Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve operational issues

• Oversee training programs for Operating Engineers and staff
Requirements:

• Valid 2nd Class Operating Engineer Certificate

• 7–10 years in chemical manufacturing or related operations

• Previous leadership experience is essential

• Strong understanding of TSSA and regulatory requirements

• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
