This role involves designing, fabricating, and repairing essential equipment for Canada’s largest poultry processor. You will play a vital role in emergency maintenance, working a rotating shift from 6am to 4pm. Your contribution supports the operational efficiency and safety standards within our plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and repair equipment and components

• Maintain ammonia and steam piping systems

• Execute tasks following technical drawings and specs

• Use trade-specific machinery for part fabrication

• Assist with urgent maintenance repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude with welding proficiency

• Experience in operating relevant machinery

• Current CWB and TSSA welding tickets

• Forklift and Working at Heights certifications

• Understanding of food safety regulations
